General terms<\/p>\n

1.1. After confirmation by the buyer (the buyer reads these rules and ticks the box in front of the statement \u201cI have read and agree to the 143automodels.eu\u00a0rules\u201d), these rules for the purchase and sale of goods (hereinafter referred to as the \u201crules\u201d) become a binding legal document that sets out the rights and obligations of the buyer and the seller, the terms of purchase of goods, payment for them, delivery and return of goods, the liability of the parties and other terms and conditions related to the purchase and sale of goods in the 143automodels.eu\u00a0e-shop.
\n1.2. The seller has the right to change or adapt the rules at any time. Registered buyers will be notified of all amendments and adjustments to the rules immediately via the registered e-mail address. All changes to the rules apply to orders placed after the rules are changed.
\n1.3. The right to purchase from our online store is reserved for legally capable natural persons, minors aged fourteen to eighteen years only with the consent of a parent or guardian, except for cases where they manage their income independently, legal entities.<\/p>\n

Validity of the purchase and sale agreement<\/p>\n

2.1. The agreement between the buyer and the seller is considered signed from the moment the buyer has selected the goods, created a shopping cart and clicked on the “Confirm order” link.
\n2.2. 143automodels.eu is not obliged to additionally inform the buyer that he gives his consent to conclude the agreement. The order is considered confirmed by 143automodels.eu from the moment it begins to fulfill the agreement.
\n2.3. All purchase and sale agreements concluded between the buyer and the seller are registered and stored in the online database of the 143automodels.eu online store.<\/p>\n

Buyer’s rights<\/p>\n

3.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods in the online store 143automodels.eu in accordance with these rules and in accordance with the procedure established in the online store.
\n3.2. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase and sale agreement concluded in the online store 143automodels.eu by sending the seller a written notice (e-mail containing the order number) or to return part of the goods purchased under the agreement within the time period established by these rules.
\n3.3. The Buyer may exercise the right to return the goods provided for only if the goods and their packaging are not damaged and the appearance of the goods has not been substantially changed, and the goods must not have been used.<\/p>\n

Buyer’s obligations<\/p>\n

4.1. The Buyer shall accept the goods in accordance with the procedure established in this document and pay the agreed amount for them.
\n4.2. In the event of changes in the data provided on the Buyer’s registration form, the Buyer must immediately update the data.
\n4.3. The buyer must not disclose his\/her e-shop passwords to third parties. In the event of loss of e-shop passwords, the buyer must immediately notify the seller by e-mail info@143automodels.eu
\n4.4. The buyer must comply with these rules and act in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia when using the e-shop 143automodels.eu.
\n4.5. If the buyer refuses to accept the goods upon delivery without a significant reason, he\/she must pay for the delivery of the goods.<\/p>\n

Seller’s rights<\/p>\n

5.1. If the buyer tries to damage the stability and security of the e-shop or if the buyer fails to fulfill his\/her obligations, the seller has the right to immediately and without prior notice restrict or interrupt the buyer’s right to use the e-shop or, in exceptional cases, cancel the buyer’s registration.
\n5.2. In the event of significant circumstances, the seller has the right to temporarily or permanently terminate the operation of the e-shop without prior notice to the buyer.
\n5.3. The Seller has the right to cancel the order without prior notice if the Buyer has not paid for the goods within 5 (five) business days.
\n5.4. 143automodels.eu has the right not to conclude a purchase and sale agreement with the Buyer who placed a specific order in all cases, including, but not limited to, if the Buyer has refused the purchase and sale agreement at least 2 times in the last 9 months and returned the goods.
\n5.5. 143automodels.eu has the right to withdraw from the concluded purchase and sale agreement if the goods specified in the agreement are not in stock or if the agreement was concluded by a person who is not entitled to do so under these rules.<\/p>\n

Seller’s obligations<\/p>\n

6.1. The Seller is obliged to enable the Buyer to use the services offered by the 143automodels.eu online store in accordance with these rules and the terms and conditions set out in the online store.
\n6.2. The Seller shall deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer to the delivery address provided by the Buyer under the conditions set out in this document.
\n6.3. If the Seller is unable to deliver the ordered goods to the Buyer for important reasons, the Seller shall offer the Buyer similar or as similar goods as possible. If the Buyer refuses to accept similar or similar goods, the Seller shall, in the case of an advance payment, return the amount paid by the Buyer to the Buyer within 7 (seven) working days.
\n6.4. The Seller shall respect the Buyer’s right to the privacy of the personal data provided on the registration page of the e-shop, except in cases provided for by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.<\/p>\n

Seesuguste kulude summa arvatakse maha ostjale kaupade eest tagastatavast summast.
